Training on EU market developments, export opportunities, product quality, food safety and certifications in fresh and processed fruits & vegetables
USAID Regional Economic Growth Project, USAID Agroinvest project in Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands through CBI joint forces and offer a 2-days training in Kiev, Ukraine. The training is designed for producers, manufacturers, exporters of fresh and/or processed fruits and vegetables in Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. During the first day, the training will cover market trends and developments in the fresh and processed fruit & vegetables sector, focusing on high end markets and export. Product quality, food safety and certifications are key topics. The second day will focus on all issues related to Global GAP: its benefits and its practicalities. On the second day a visit to the Stolychny wholesale market and Metro Cash & Carry and Auchan supermarkets will be organized.
