The 9th Regional Event for Competitiveness, Innovation and Cyber Security GITI 2016 in Tbilisi, Georgiastarted today. GITI 2016 is organized by the ICT Business Council in Georgia and Data Exchange Agency in partnership with 8 leading IT companies. More than 350 registered participants from private sector, government institutions and NGOs are participating in the event to discuss latest trends and possibilities for cooperation in eGovernment, value of business processes streamlining, information technologies, cyber security and others. The event will host the ceremony of the Georgian Innovation Award 2016.
Following its mission to promote broad based, inclusive and sustainable economic growth in the E&E region through greater intr-egional economic integration and harmonization REG project has supported more than 30 representatives of the ICT industry from Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Ukraine to take part of the event.
As a part of the program REG in cooperation with ICT Business Council of Georgiaorganized "Using Scrum framework in software development projects" workshop on November 9, 2016.
